Shipping & Handling

UK standard shipping £6.45 - £14.75

Items shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery. The standard shipping time for both services is 3-4 working days. This includes our dispatch time, which is usually 1-2 working days.

All items are shipped from our studio in London.

A signature will be required to obtain your parcel.

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you as confirmation, with tracking details. You can track your order on the official Royal Mail website.

If you have not received a shipping email, or your order has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please email us at info@kikiito.com, so we can raise an investigation with our delivery partner.

International Standard shipping £20

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail. On occasions we may use alternative third party couriers. The standard shipping time for international orders is 7-14 working days. This includes our dispatch time, which is usually 1-2 working days.
