Delivery

All KIKIITO pieces are handcrafted in London and made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 weeks, followed by shipping of 1–2 working days (UK) or 7–10 working days (international).

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS, depending on destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

UK Delivery: Complimentary for all orders.
International Delivery: Shipping fees apply for orders under £1,000. Orders over £1,000 receive complimentary shipping.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KIKIITO is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or customs clearance.

Returns
We hope you love your KIKIITO piece. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is in new and resalable condition.

Important Notes:

  • Items made in bespoke or personalised form cannot be returned.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items must not be worn, used, or contaminated with smoke or perfume.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@kikiito.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

  2. Complete and include the return form provided with your order, clearly marking it “return”.

  3. Send your parcel using a tracked delivery service (e.g., Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).

Conditions

All returns must be received within 14 days of shipping. Items must be:

  • unused and in original condition

  • free from marks, wear, or scents

  • returned with original packaging

Items not meeting these conditions may be returned to the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact info@kikiito.com immediately. We will provide instructions for a return or replacement.

Responsibility

KIKIITO is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your item is protected.

Timing

Refunds or store credits are issued within 15 working days of receiving the returned item.
