This website is operated by KIKIITO. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KIKIITO. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Products

All KIKIITO pieces are made to order in our London atelier. Due to the natural characteristics of leather and the handcrafted process, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the individuality of each piece.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where required.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

Payment is processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Production & Delivery

Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 weeks, followed by delivery of 1–2 working days within the UK or 7–10 working days internationally.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or external courier delays.

Shipping

We work with trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail depending on destination.

KIKIITO is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external shipping providers once an order has been dispatched.

Returns

We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • returned with all packaging

Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are:

  • bespoke

  • personalised

  • or made specifically to customer specification

cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@kikiito.com within a reasonable timeframe. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of KIKIITO and may not be reproduced without permission.
