What is KIKIITO?

KIKIITO is a London-based luxury leather goods brand creating sculptural pieces that are designed and handcrafted in our London atelier. Each piece is made with a focus on material integrity, form, and quiet presence.

Are KIKIITO pieces made to order?

Yes. All KIKIITO pieces are made to order in our London atelier. This allows each piece to be individually crafted with care and attention to detail.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 3–5 weeks before your order is ready to ship.

Once dispatched, delivery takes:

• UK: 1–2 working days

• International: 7–10 working days

Where are KIKIITO pieces made?

All pieces are designed and handcrafted in our London atelier through House of Ito.

What materials do you use?

We work primarily with high-quality natural leather and carefully selected materials. Due to the natural characteristics of leather, subtle variations in texture and tone may occur and are considered part of each piece’s individuality.

Do you offer bespoke or custom pieces?

Yes. Selected pieces may be available as bespoke commissions depending on the design. Bespoke items are made specifically for the client and require additional production time.

Please note: bespoke and personalised items cannot be returned.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you require a different item, you may return your order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. UK delivery is complimentary on all orders.

International shipping is complimentary for orders over £1,000.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail depending on destination.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

As each piece is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

How should I care for my KIKIITO piece?

We recommend storing your piece in its dust bag when not in use and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or harsh conditions. Leather will naturally evolve over time.
